My passion is finding that story and bringing it to life through compelling visuals, authentic interviews, and cinematic storytelling.

I'm Joel Massey, founder of Mass Pro Media, a multimedia journalist, documentary filmmaker, voice artist, and storyteller with years of experience producing news coverage, documentaries, commercial content, and digital media.

 

My career in broadcast journalism taught me to work under pressure, uncover meaningful stories, and communicate complex issues in ways that connect with audiences.  While I’ve covered hard news, some of my favorite work involved telling the stories of someone who did not thing they had one to tell.

Today, I bring that same journalistic approach to every project. Whether producing a 30-second social media video, a 90-second brand story, or a longer documentary, I focus on creating work that is honest, engaging, and emotionally resonant.

Beyond client work, I'm an independent storyteller developing original creative projects—such as City of Static and The Chronicles of Fellownia.  They will explore character, faith, redemption, and the choices that shape our lives. These projects continually sharpen my craft and inspire the stories I help others tell.
